I value your online privacy. This website does not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools. I do not build advertising profiles based on the pages you visit, and I do not sell your personal data.

The scheduling calendar and contact form linked from this site are provided through Google services covered under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), consistent with HIPAA requirements. Information you share through those tools is used only to schedule and respond to your inquiry.

This site is hosted through Cloudflare, which may collect standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser type for security and site operation.

The out-of-network benefits checker on the Fees page is provided by Mentaya, a third-party insurance reimbursement service. Information you enter there, such as your name, date of birth, and insurance details, is sent to Mentaya to look up your benefits and is handled under Mentaya's own privacy policy. Using the checker is optional. Clients who choose to have Mentaya file their claims complete a separate authorization as part of intake.
