I’m an out-of-network provider. Many PPO plans, including Anthem, Aetna, Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare, reimburse a portion of session fees once your deductible is met. I partner with Mentaya so you never have to file superbills or paperwork yourself.
Automatic claim filing
Claims are submitted for you after each session. No forms or phone calls on

It depends on your plan. Many plans cover couples therapy only under certain conditions, so it’s worth asking your insurer directly. The private-pay rate is $225.
Payment, or your copay if you’re using Aetna, is collected at the time of each session.
Life happens. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged a $100 fee. Insurance doesn’t cover late-cancellation fees.
If you’re paying without insurance, or not using your insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care.
Your free 15-minute consultation is a good time to ask about insurance, reimbursement, and what to expect.
